Blogging is about news, keeping up to date and regularly posting, whilst with wordpress you can ‘close-off’ a blog and make it a kind of psudo-site, as such, Google likes new and fresh content so anything that can help achieve this is a tick in the box to help support your SEO, I found these sites offer a wide variety of the latest and most popular items that are hot topics for consumers:

http://pulse.ebay.co.uk/
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/bestsellers/

http://buzz.yahoo.com/
http://hotsearches.aol.com/

In addition to these, I also use Google Alerts, which helps to bring up new posts from around the web based on the keywords you want alerts for.I alsouse the bookmark feature in firefox to keep a list of sites that have articles photos and anything else of interest that I could blog about. The great thing about this is more often than not I have too much to write about, so at this point, its a case of finding the most compelling and interesting stance, add to this the objective that your most likely to want to use these articles as a marketing tool to help support your affiliate marketing, its really straight forward, find out as much as you can about a product you think will be attractive to your readers, write an interesting anc compelling article, add call to actions and encourage your readers that the product is worth their time and off you go, assuming you are going to SEO these articles…if you’re writing about somthing that is relevant and related to what you are aiming to SEO, you’ll naturally write in a way that supports SEO, then its just about tweaking it that little bit more to give it an edge.

I’m always keeping my eye out for interesting articles, and newspapers and magazines are full of these interesting snippets that can help you write.
