I managed to finally let my hair down, with James Little (www.3wdl.co.uk) who jsut organized this months Affiliate Dinner (www.affiliatedinner.co.uk), it was great being held at the Arch Duke in Waterloo, having had a rather pressured week at work, it was good to see fellow affiliate community memebers, I use community as this is how I see affilaite marketing in the UK, yes its business, but theres a real strong friendship and frankness that I haven’t expereineced in other industries, this and a health dose of respect make for a fantastic combination that makes me love what i do, and enjoy the company of the people in the industry I meet.

It was great to jsut socialize in an informal setting with out any adgenda, and if work came up it was casual and frank, with no pressure, more importantly it was a good chance to get your name out and meet people who are both genuine and interesting. Shouts out to Aldo, James, Roman, Al, Stephen, James A, and Steve, good to put names to faces and enjoy a few laughs, if you’re new to affiliate marketing or online marketing in general, and you don’t quite want to put your neck on the line at some of the bigger cooporate dos, they you should get in touch with James Little and come to one of these Affiliate Dinners.
